When can I expect a response?
I try my best to get back to every inquiry within 12 business hours. This means that there may be slower responses on the weekends and holidays, but I'll be sure to always respond.
Oops! I missed my paid investor's session. What do I do?
Things happen! If you missed your session you can reschedule ONCE without penalty and within 7 days of your first scheduled session per a 6 month period. Any time after that or outside the 6 month period will forfeit your session cost.
What are the things you can help me with?
